Did do a search, but only found the R2 Jap version!!

Do you have to watch the R3 Korean version with the subtitles either permanently on or off (like the R2 Jap version), or do they only appear when the 'Indian' language is being spoken (like the R1 SE)?

    Thanks/...

You can toggle them on and off in the Korean version while watching the film, this option isnt available in the Japanese version.

If you're talking about the 4 disc set in the "journal" look case, then you can switch on subtitles on-the-fly on the Jap version.
