This is the best known and maybe the largest of the floating markets in Thailand. Tourists are often unaware of the fact that there is more than one and sometimes get taken to smaller less busy ones which can be a big let down. This place is over an hour's drive from Bangkok towards Hua Hin and 10:1 any posters of floating markets you will have seen would have been taken here. You can buy fresh produce, hot snacks and a wide range of tourist tat (sorry, local handicrafts ;))

Some really good photos there John which capture the place well (not that I comment from experience). #2 is a great capture. What an expression. #10 is an excellent photo:thumbsup:. Wondering if aesthetically it may benefit from a more pano crop, cutting out the light strip of quayside at the top and the water at the bottom to make more of the lines made by the boats and the people punctuating them, or whether losing the water would lose the context.
