Dali Helicon speaker project

Hi I had Dali helicon speakers for 5 years then I sold them to someone in Australia. I have had lots of different speaker’s since then but did not like them. So I have gone back to Dali helicon speakers but I don’t like the colour so I am going to get them painted. I am going to do them Black magic pearl. Here are some pictures I will send some more when they are finished. I got them for a bargain :)

That’s the speakers finished. He has done an incredible job. Here are some more pictures I will take some more when I put all the drivers back in. The job should have been £400 but he did it for me for £200 :D

Yes it was easy I am pretty handy with things like that. I will never sell my dali speakers again I love the sound of the mark1. The only reason I have them towed in is because of my projector screen so I don't get any reflections

Might give it a go no harm in trying... Dont know really depends how much its worth to you really...
The only problem you will have now is the colour because the center sit on it and your the only one with a center which goes... But saying that if some one is going to use with other speakers or not sit on then it does look awesome..!

They look good, if I saw them for the first time now I'd have no idea the finish wasn't original.

I was lucky enough to pick up a pair of Helicon 400 MK2 25th Anniversary editions. Stunning high gloss black finish. Using Plinius electronics with them and love them.
