On the 14th June I placed an order with dabs for the samsung le32r41b. Being listed as in stock at the time and immediately dispatchable. Next day it was listed as out of stock, then three days later empire direct recieved stock in for £70 cheaper, I immediately cancelled my order via the dabs user control panel, and extended the credit limit on a credit card and immediately ordered the samsung from empire. The problem is I HAVE STILL not recieved my damn money back from dabs. I have sent 6 e-mails to dabs, all of which I have recieved semi-automatic replies - 3 of which have said "it will take us around 48hours to liase with another department" - never recieved a reply. Unfortunately I ordered this with my standard switch card, if I had have ordered via my credit card it would have been a easy solution. I'm getting worried now as I need this money back urgently . The question is - Does anyone have anyway for me to get in touch with dabs via telephone. I mean surely there must be some numbers around for management. I think trading standards is the next step.
