Now that I've ordered my AE100! Oops I just felt lots of people stop reading! Maybe we should come up with a code name:D

Anyway now that I've ordered ahem, the PJ, I'm thinking about screens.

    I was considering getting a Da-Lite Model B 69" by 92" matt white.

Does anyone else use this type of screen with this PJ or should I be going for a grey screen?

Also does anyone have a problem with these screens curling at the edges?

    Stay Calm folks!

    :)

    I've got a Model B 70 x 70 and it's fine.
If you do buy one, have CSR put on it, you won't regret it.
As far as picture quality goes, it's very good for a sub £200 screen.
To better it I'd expect to pay a lot of money.
Buy with confidence, unless you have a fair amount of funds ready, a totally dedicated room and want the n'th degree of performance, then you'll need to speak to a proper installer, like Gordon, Uncle Eric and the like that pester us here at the forums.
    ;) :D

    Thanks for the reply!

What is the main benefit of the CSR then?

I don't really understand what it does!

I will only be watching things in widescreen does this matter?

    Cheers.

    Controlled Screen Return.

Basically when you retract the screen it rolls up very gently indeed. The speed can be altered easily too. TimH put me onto it as he had a few problems getting his one without CSR back into the case easily.
