I have downloaded - via bluetooth - all the video clips I have taken on my new samsung d500 phone to my computer; they won't play however. The only one that plays is a clip my wife took on her Sony Ericsson k700i and sent over to me ; I downloaded this with my own clips and only this one plays - which suggests the data is getting over to the computer correctly. I have up to date versions of realplayer and windows media player on my set up. I have used a bluetooth dongle to transfer the data. Any ideas anyone, please?
