I feel like a complete idiot, but here goes. Just bought a new Cyclone Primus V2 and want to put in a hard drive. Thing is, I can't get the bloody thing open! There are four screws on the base which turn but don't extract, and turning them doesn't seem to give any form of release. I don't want to try and forcibly prise off the base from fear of damage, but no reasonable amount of pushing, pulling, sliding or whatever has any effect. The manual's hopeless and no-one else on the net seems to have had any problem whatsoever. Could someone have pity and please tell me the obviously incredibly simple thing I'm failing to do?

Thanks for replying. Unfortunately not. This seems to be Version 1. It has rubber (or something) covers on the base screws which also serve as 'legs', whereas mine has supports separate from the screws which are bare and flat to the surface.
