I really do hope so. I have the dvd, and it is a very good film indeed. The colours involved would look absolutely stunning on HDDVD. Lucky BR owners have this available to preorder now I believe.

Lets hope so

Aye, the DVD was very pretty. Even though the story was about on par with Hero for (lack of) depth in my view, I would still buy it on HD DVD. Interesting that it only hits the UK screens tomorrow yet I watched the DVD months ago. Love international distribution mechanics.
