currys in denial

    hi did anybody purchase the 52" samsung lcd from currys using the two discount codes aw120tv and yaw800 as i did because currys now deny that their checkout basket would accept two codes bringing the price down to £1557.99 they are trying to charge me £1650 instead any help would be appreciated

    The codes must have expired

    yeah they may have now but i purchased in 13th august

    If you paid £1557.99 at the time with your credit card, surely that would be the amount they are allowed to take. When you said 'they tried to' how do you mean?

    Do you have an e-invoice right after you ordered? Send a copy to them, that should prove they accepted the codes/the price you got?

    When you ordered did/is there not an e-receipt that you could have printed off, also as was said check what was actually debited/taken from your account/card.
