Hello all,

We are about to replace our Sharp LC32GA4E, which we have used for the last 3 years and it ran 1360x768 from a PC perfectly (with Powerstrip tweaked ATI video card). We used it as a HTPC.

I'm particularly interested in the Sharp LC37X20E. Do any of you have experience of running a PC on this - going from DVI on the PC to HDMI on the TV at its native resolution of 1080p?

I'm also keen to hear your views on other full HD sets that are proven to work with a DVI video card at their native resolution.

Many thanks for any advice you can provide. :)

I would avoid the 37X20,its a model which has banding issues. The Panasonic 37LZD85 is on of the best 37" on the market

Thanks. Any evidence of the Panasonic being able to correctly display a PC signal at 1920 x 1080?

Yes it can via DVI-HDMI

Many thanks for the quick reply. :)

Do you know of any user postings of their experiences getting this to work?

There is an owners thread so you have to read something tonight while waiting for the champions league final to end!
