Hi
I have a Oray ceiling mounted electric screen which has started to curl on the edges Sevenoaks who sold it to me say this will flatten out in time. Has anybody had the same problem with the same or another screen and did it levelout??????? :lease:

edges will curl on a drop down screen, the only way to prevent this is to have a tensioned screen, i have a DRH screen and the edges are curled, not in the white aree but the black, and i have been told this is normal......

My 7ft wide OWL screen has curled on the edges as well. Does not impact the white viewing area, so I am not really fussed.

If you want tab tensioning you'll need to buy a new screen and they're not cheap!

As far as your screen goes it sounds as though it's curled worse than most so assuming it's quite new I think you should ask for a replacement.

If you intend on keeping the screen down, use a little bit of blue tak to hold back the curl. Over time this should help the screen, though as mentioned, most screens suffer from this, aside from tab and fixed.

Cap :)
