Hi all

I'm curious to know about u're opinions on this
particular version of "Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon". Is it going to be "better" than the standard "vanilla" R2 version, cuz I don't see any extra's advertised.

What do u all think of this "Super Bit collection" of DVDs aboutto be released? I think it's annoying that i'm going to have to buy my fav dvd's all over again. What's next? Ultra Super Bit collection?

There are no extras, as the disc space has been used for better quality audio & video. I´m going to order one just to see how good it is over normal dvd discs.

Personally, i´m not bothered about having extra features as i very rarely ever look at them.

    cheers

Yeah I'm gonna kick off with Deperado and see what that bad-boy sounds like before I get any others. Although the only other one I'd get is prob The Fifth Element

I think superbit is a great idea, i would always go for quality of video and sound over extras. I also own a number of DVDs that I'm not happy with the quality, my R2 Fifth Element being one of them. I hope this idea takes on big time.

Maybe I missed something. I know the picture is slightly better but these are not higher rate DTS like R1 Dances with wolves etc so is this another marketing trick to sell a film again. Why not revert back to the old higher bitrate DTS (with the nice DTS logo across the top of the box rather than a "2 for £10" type box!) Just a thought.........
