Currently looking to purchase a new TV and am debating between the Tosh 32 inch and 36 inch (after reading all the postings on this site) or paying more to get an LCD. Is it worth paying more to buy an LCD now, especially with SKY turning HDTV on in 2006?
The TV would be used to watch SKY (tennis and movies) and play XBOX. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Budget around 1500.

    Hi
I bought the 36ZP48 a few weeks ago and think it's fantastic.

cool. Where did you get it from? Thinking of getting mine from John Lewis for 1045 with free del and five year gurantee. Does that sound competitive?

It's a very competitive price mate but you may find they are low on stock.

Alternatively Currys have the 36ZP46 on offer for £799 (previously £1499). I believe the TV's are identical aside from the inbuilt Dolby 5.1 sound with the 36ZP48. The 36ZP46 model is NICAM stereo only.
