    I have a Creative 12x DVD and was wondering if I can make it multi Region

    Petrolhead - what you doing here ! If your interested in HCPC I've just finished mine. Superb, hooks up the TW100 via DVI at native rate and blows the Tosh SD9000 away. Just fitted an RME sound card and I'm very impressed with the sound quality too. Pop over sometime.

    At the top of this section of the forum there is a sticky thread (" HCPC recommended configuration with links"), it has links to sites with information and firmware for making your drive multi-region.

    There are at least two versions of the Creative 12x drive, and I believe both can be made region free. Certianly the 1241E can, which is the one I have.
