Hi I have just unpacked all my av gear and set up my cinema room. And I find that my screen has a few creases in it. Any idea’s as to how I can get rid of them

The screen is a fixed screen so it is under tension always

    Hi,

If it's a fixed screen and it's already assembled, give it a few days. Normally, the tension should take care of the wrinkles over the course of a few days.

If they don't dissappear after a week, use a hair dryer at the spot with the wrinkles. When you warm the fabric, it becomes more elastic, removing the wrinkles. Make sure not to hold the dryer to close, as you need to warm it abit (not melt it).

    Good luck,
