Just got the news...A nice £130 increase for us with less services.

What have you got?

Same increase... bar a few pence.

Not had min through yet.

Expecting a £50 ish rise though for this grossly unfair (especially on single occupants) tax :(

Council tax has increased by £62.37 pa.

However, Northamptonshire county council is effectively bankrupt and for some time has been struggling with the austerity squeeze. A government inspector will be 'looking' into it.

0% here, tenth year in a row with no rise. Their service generally reflects this too!

I thought we were the same Borough

More the Bronx of the borough, Yeading!

Which for me on Band E is £1719.86 less 25% single occupancy rebate = £1289.89
Band E too... but £2187.96

which works out at ~£437 each...

Up 6% here so I'll be paying north of £1100pa for Band A, our local authority are minted too just to add insult to injury.

Bring back the poll tax!

Found it by googling.

Circa 4.6% increase.

Probably, give or take a fiver more a month.

^^^ that's the alter ego of Gabriel Brown .. a US singer/actor/animator apparently

I'm thinking perhaps some connection to this fantasy novel ...

3.47% increase in Bromley. Quite a portion of our tax goes to the GLA and Sadiq Khan. Postman says Bromley is in Kent

I'm guessing all those being moved here by the countries council housing waiting lists are all unemployed as we are being swamped with people, but the tax for me has increased by £88 for the coming year.
Police bullshit commissioner has seen an increase of 7%
Local area has no increase

Oh well crime up
Convictions down
Anti social behaviour up
Services down
Tax price up

Ever feel your being mugged
