I am about to take the plunge and go for Sky+ but I 'heard' a rumour (on one of these forums) that there was likely to be a price drop soon - does any1 know if this is going to happen in the foreseeable future? £300 isn't that much I suppose but if there is going to be a £100 price drop then I think I could wait a month or two.

There was a £100 cut but only to retailers hence the flurry of offers consisting of buy product X and get £100 off SKY+.

Current Sky magazine says order Sky+ and ask about special offer. Anyone know what it is?

I phoned up Saturday and was told that if the existing Digibox is relocated the second subscription is free for 6 months.

Good point - you are probably best to phone Sky, some of the customer 'service' people can be helpful.:)

Just called sky about their offer to move the second box to a different room and six months free second subscription. And yes you do have to sign up for a whole year.

Oh and it will take 3-4 weeks to get them round to fit it !!!
