Hi,

I'm hoping someone can offer some advice, I've just treated myself to a Samsung 46F8500 LCD, I've tried setting it up to my Sky HD Box, Samsung Sound Bar & PS3 but it keeps going a little nuts...

Current setup is:

Sky Box -> Samsung Sound Bar HDMI in -> Sound Bar HDMI out -> TV HDMI 1

PS3 HDMI out -> TV HDMI 2

PS3 Optical Out -> Samsung Sound Bar Optical in

I'm unsure which model sound bar I have but the only connections it has is HDMI in and out and an Optical in.

Every time I use the TV's smart features like Apps etc the sound bar changes it's source to D. IN and the only way I can get my TV to show a picture or sound from Sky again is to come out the app completely and click ok on the message saying the TV has no signal then manually changing the Sound Bar source back to HDMI.

I know it's just a little bit of hassle but I shouldn't need to keep doing this....

Have I set it all up wrong?

Could someone offer good setting for general viewing/movies please, I'm lost with all the options!

My firmware is: 1113 and says there is no update

Huge thanks for any help with this :D
