I am working through my collection of music videos and transferring them to dvd via Pioneer DVR-220 recorder. This is because videos take up so much room, and I want to edit out some of the tracks I don`t like. I have just tried to copy "Weld" by Neil Young and the recorder says "Cant Record" is this some kind of copy protection? I have copied about 12 other videos with no problem.

The recorder is not quality controlling your music tastes :) it is copy protected. You can get special cables to circumvent this but such topics are off limits on this forum. Do a search...
