    Hi

I am converting .mkvs succesfully using encode360 and video is superb, however I am noticing that I have to turn my TV up to full to hear the sound?, does anyone else have this issue?

    Any ideas?

wmv's from Novo etc I download are fine without any issues.

    Strange?

    Thanks

Yes i have to do this aswell when i convert with gotsent.

The TV goes upto 100, and i have to turn it up to about 28 when usually its around 12/15.

I think it is because the conversion removes some audio channels and puts them all into 2.1

Aslong as u dont have to turn it up the full way, it should be ok.

OT, but can you keep the 5.1 sound when you convert with encode360?
