    Not sure whether to put this here or in tablets?!

    Anyways, I'm looking for a hybrid as I commute a lot and too be honest, just fancy one! Watched a lot of vids on YouTube and narrowed it down to the;

    Sony Vaio Duo 11
    Or the Levano IdeaPad Yoga

    Anyone have any experience with these and any good outlets I can get one from for a better price than the £1000-£1300 listed?

    Be interested to hear people's thoughts.

    I have just taken delivery of a Dell XPS 12 convertible ultrabook and have to say I am very happy with it.

    Got the i5, 8GB ram and 256GB SSD from the Dell outlet store for £820 which was a great saving on retail.

    Works well both as a laptop and as a tablet, not as easy to use as an iPad due to increased weight.

    I have also just bought a XPS 12 off of eBay - i7 8gb 256SSD. I gave the whole thing loads of consideration, as I really had my eye on the Vaio Duo 11. The build quality of the Dell really won me over, as I have never been a fan of Dell in the past, but I don't regret this purchase for a moment.

    I'm having a right battle with Dell Outlet atm, received my XPS 12 last Thursday and noticed it has quite a few small dents around the metal bezel, yet Dell is not willing to accept they have sold me a Scratch & Dent rather than a Certified Refurb.

    My link here. Obvious I am furious and they want to charge me a £20 + VAT to collect as I refuse to accept this. The saga continues.... :(

    Yes it is in unmarked, as new condition.

    Took a couple of weeks of checking the stock in the outlet store to get the spec I wanted.

    I went for the Yoga 13 in the end (i7, 4gb - getting an 8gb stick any day).

    Absolutely over the moon with it! Gonna start a new thread with all the info, but its an amazing machine! :clap:
