I'm getting a Barco 1209s from Roland this summer. I've seen these mentioned/advertised.

What are they and what do they do? Are they worth having on my 1209s?

Im a newbie but i think they are to match 2 or more PJ's a bit like a dual desktop and not really worth having but if I am wrong,
the fact that i have posted this reply will reveal the correct answer :smoke:

As Rob 12770 says they are most comanly used for over laying two projectors. Be that double stacked for extra brightness as in the Manchester Hifi show I did for Denon or side by side for wider screens where the images over lap.
Basically the Convergence on Green (COG) module is an extension of the geometry adjustment. For normal home cinema it is not required.
