Convergence issues 50PHD8

My 50PHD8 has convergence problems. When white text is on the screen I can see green one side and red the other about 3 pixels wide.

Is this something that can be fixed with calibration?

Do other people see similar on the Sky now and next banner for example.

Panasonic panels suffer from this - some folks notice it some don't.

At that time I had a 42PWD7 and every Panasonic plasma I saw then including the commercial TV models suffered from this! but cheapo panels like the Samsungs did not - although they have other issues!!
