Controlling devices from a PC

I would like to control two IR devices (projector + automatic screen), and I also have some lights that are has an RF module.
All is controlled using 3 remotes at the moment, but I'd love to be able to drop the screen, turn the projector on and turn the lights off just by clicking on something on the pc using something like girder.
I know I can do it using a USB IR transmitter, but the RF lights are throwing me.

You will struggle with the RF lights as each system generally has a proprietary RF signal, which lights are they ?

Yes, no problem with IR devices, but RF can't be done.
