Controller updates?

I'm new to XB1 and my controller today had an update.

What's actually in the update? What changes?

They don't really give full details but in the past they've helped reduce disconnects (not 100% fixed but it's got a lot better), when Titanfall came out they released an update to make it more precise and they released an update so if it does disconnect it reconnects a lot quicker.

The current firmware version for my controller is 2.3.23810.0. I've noticed with this update it disconnects less than it did before (and they released button mapping changes with the current dash update so it might have some of that stuff in there too).
