Today I have a problem with accessing Content Store. On my Oled55C8 I cannot open the Store at all now and on my Oled48A1 I was not able to install some applications and I made a mistake of resetting the TV settings and now I cannot access any smart features on that TV, because it fails to download user agreement documents from LG servers 
I contacted Polish LG support by web chat and they confirmed that there is a "general" problem with LG online services since yesterday and they don't know when it will be fixed...
I wonder if it is a local problem for users in Poland, or is the issue more widespread?
EDIT: I temporarily changed the country setting of my 48A1 from Poland to the UK and user agreements have downloaded and I can use at least some of the apps (YT, Netflix, Prime Video). So it may only be a local problem for Polish users...
