I have been emailing/faxing Sky over the past week about the Sky+ debacle and as yet have heard nothing. I understand from others that a gap of three weeks is not unusual, if any response is forthcoming at all, and so wonder if anyone has the necessary numbers or email addresses which hit the spot.
I have mailed to skydigital@bskyb.com although there may be something better.
Any thoughts?
Also does anyone know of the relevant government watchdog/ombudsman for TV?

If you call any of their "customer service" numbers and there's no-one immediately available you get told to call back later and cut off! What a great way to fob off customers.

There's no two ways about it, everything about Sky is done with minimum thought for the customer and their backup is shocking. However, until someone in authority gets a grip, it will continue, as they're the only real option.

It is big companies like Sky who seem to forget that the Customer is King.

As it goes, if 1 customer is treated badly, then that customer will go and tell 7 others not to use that company and so on.

You may have the best product in the world, if your customer service is crap, then no one will buy from you.

A company is only as strong as its weakest link.

Then again, Sky seem to lack common sense.

It takes years to build up a reputation, it only takes seconds to destroy it.
