Constantine Region 3

Hi, been looking to get the 2 disc set of Constantine for a while but not sure wether to go with Region 2 or 3? does anyone know if the region 3 extras come with english subtitles? i bought the region 0 of the Punisher and the extras were spoken in english but there were english subtitles which could not be turned off. Also does anyone know if the region 3 comes with the cardboard slipcase? (looking to buy from cdwow)

The extras are in English, subs are turn off-able.
