2 weeks ago I received a letter and then a phone call from Sky informing me that my sky+ warranty was to expire. I refused to sign up.
Last week my sky+ went on the blink and wouldn't let me use playback or record functions.
It says " FOR YOUR INFORMATION 06-0"
SYSTEM FAULT
Sky+ blah blah please call 08705 etc
I rang, we did some things, it didn't work, he tried to arrange a technical visit (£65) with costs on top.
I've also tried hard reset.
Coincidence or conspiracy?
I'm dubious.
Has anyone else heard of this happening?
Has anyone got any ideas what the problem is or a solution?
