Connection problem

Can anybody help my mate? He has just bought the following home cinema system Sony dav-sa30 and is having trouble connecting it together with NV-FJ710B Panasonic video recorder, Pace digibox satellite receiver, Pansonic TX-32DK2 tv so that he can get surround sound with every piece of equipment.
Can anybody let me know how to connect it all together and what leads he will need as he is becoming a little annoyed.
Are there any good sites which explain how to do this?

Checkout one of the other forums ie Homecinema choice or what video/ widescreen I'm sure one of them has a page about connections. Also Sony does diagrams on their site
