    Hello all.
I fancy treating myself to an XBOX today, but am unsure about how
    to connect up.
At the moment, I have everything connected to my Denon 3805, and
one component lead to my 50mxe1.
Do I get component leads and put XBOX to amp also?????????
I have other inputs available on display.
    Analog rgb d-sub, and DVI-D.
Please could you help me out guys.
    Thanks.

    Johnny.

If you have everything going through your amp at the moment and you have a spare component input, then use a component lead from xbox to amp.

I think it may not be as simple as that, as looking at the back of my xbox it doesn't seem to have a digital out.

You may need something like this which connects straight to your display and connect the optical out to the 3805 so you can benefit from surround sound.

I have sent the Wife to buy it for me.............
Just going to buy the standard kit for now.
Will run it on composite through amp for now, then sort it all out starting next week.
