I have just ordered an Xbox 360. The connectivity from the Xbox for HD is either component or VGA, there is no digital output. As the Xbox does HD at 720p (1280 x 720) and as the 27WL46 has a 1280 X 720 panel, I am hoping that I can connect through the VGA and get 720p high definition gaming. Does anyone know whether I a right on this? I am a bit confused as to whether you can display HD through VGA or whether it can only be displayed through component.

VGA does do Hi Def so the VGA lead for your 360 is probably your best bet as long as the xbox outputs 1280x720 via VGA.

Your biggest problem is getting a 360 this year if you've only just ordered it, unless you know something everyone else doesn't.

go to the xbox and xbox360 section. the instructions are a 'sticky' in there.
    It's dead simple.

go to 'my settings' then 'edit profile' then enter your gamertag in the box....thats it!
