Hello, I have a DVD player with HDMI and RCA outputs that I want to run two built in TVs. One TV can only be fed by RCA and the other only coaxial as a result of the cables being built into a wall. The following u tube posting seems to show how this can be done. connecting tv coaxial to dvd player - Yahoo Video Search results Firstly, if the above is correct, is it better to use "piggyback" connectors to divide the RCA signal and then convert one for the coaxial cable, or will it be necessary to run one television from the HDMI output, converted to RCA and then to coaxial and the other from RCA directly? Finally, is it possible please, to identify the actual products required as there is (to me) a bewildering selection of similar looking equipment. I am an old git who only recently threw away his Betamax player!
