I have recently completed my Home Cinema conversion.

During this process the thorny issue of how to connect multiple devices to the Panasonic Plasma arouse.

The solution supplied by my AV supplier was to use an Owl RGB to Component converter.

This allowed me to connect 2 devices to the Plasma using the Component connection on the panel and two RGB Scarts for inputs.

The Owl box auto switches between the two devices.

Previously I had used the Yamaha DSP E-800 as the switching device using S-Video cables.

I have to say I am really pleased with the results. The images on the Plasma have never looked so good. I would recommend without reservation the Owl converter box. I only wish they would make one that took 3 RGB Scarts.

I have my DVD player and Playstation 2 connected to the Owl. The Satellite decoder is connected using a composite.
