Having just got me panasonic pt-ea100 and watching a couple of dvd's on it I am very happy. However I then went to connect my pace sky digibox to it and found the only way I could do this was by unplugging the scart cable that goes to my tv and changing it for a scart-phono cable which then goes into my projector.
Is there any way I can connect the sky digibox to bot my tv and projector at the same time? The other scart on my digibox goes to my vcr.

can you not daisy chain the sky through the VCR to the PJ?

    sky------scart-scart-----vcr----scart-phono---------PJ

No, it is an old cheapo VCR that only has one scart socket so this isnt an option.
I was thinking there might me a lead available that at one side has a normal scart socket and at the other side has a scart socket and a video phone plug.
    Any other ideas?

B-tech do a range of products which should help and the following seems like what your after

    http://www.b-tech-int.com/BT929-S.html

This site sells them, I've used them previously and service is quite good. Cables are good value if you need them also.

You may also want to take a look at sky+ now the sub has been dropped, you get svideo out aswell as RGB scart, makes a big difference on a PJ compared to composite and you also get optical out for DD etc.

Can your TV output an signal from one of the SCART sockets if you have any spare?

Sky -> TV -- TV -> PJ The composite picture quality won't be fantastic though. As Tim said, you might want to look at getting Sky+ for S-Video

Mmm good point. Sorry I don't know. At a guess I'd say you would need it on, which isn't too helpful when you're using the PJ
