Connecting CCTV Cameras to a Smart Dashboard

Hi - I've got 4 Hikvision cameras connected to a Turbo HD 7200 DVR - what I'd like to do is permanently display the streams on a screen.

Something akin to a dashboard would be great - you know, news, weather, photos etc.

I can be flexible on device, as I've got windows, Apple, Android and RaspberryPI devices spare.

Does anyone know of one which will accept the RTSP streams from my Hikvision DVR?

Also - any tips on accessing the RTSP stream would be appreciated! I can connect to the DVR via the IP address, and view live feeds there, but I'd like to plug directly into the stream.

Weirdly I can only access the DVR from IE...!

VLC should be able to show the stream via the RTSP details
