hi guys bit of a frustrating problem that I can’t seem to solve.
basically I’m trying to connect my wife’s iPad Air to my jawbone
jam box Bluetooth speaker.i know the basics for connecting
as I have my iPad mini already connected and that works
fine.all I seem to get on hers is the devices and the spinning
wheel which never seems to find the speaker.i have tried turning
the iPad and Bluetooth on and off.i have also reset the network
settings but still no joy!the operating system on the air is
version 12.1.1.just wondering if anybody has had the same problem
and hopefully found a way round it that they may be able to share
with me
yours hopefully john

Usually you have to put a device in Pairing mode.
Have you done that with the speaker?

Not too sure if you are still looking for the answer.
But from past experience, we would firstly suggest that the iPad is fully updated, connected to Wi-Fi and with it's Bluetooth on.
Next step would be ensuring the speaker is in pairing mode, do you have the model number of the Jawbone Speaker? This would be helpful
