I want to connect my comp to my amp.

I am playing mp3's and mpegs and the distance between the comp and amp is around 15 metres.

I have used cheap rca leads in the past with significant deterioration in the quality of the music. i have a small minisystem right next to the comp...quality is ok...in the lounge..through the 15 metre rca lead, the sound is at least 1/2 volume.

I have bought other cheap cables just in case the ones i have are faulty with no change.

I can use both optical and digital coaxial as well (soundcard supports these)

    Any advice is welcome :)
