Spec for Panasonic TH42PE30 Widescreen Plasma

Prices, the PE30 is nearly £1000 pounds dearer. This is why I am confused, can someone explain why I should pay nearly a grand more the PE30 or will it cost me this much to turn what is a display screen (PW6) into a TV display screen.

I already have a Freeview box which will be upgraded to a PVR when Panasonic launch there new PVR later this month (living in hope), I have a conponent feed Pinneer DVD player and a Sony AV amp with Keff speakers. I'm not really sure I want or need a facility to output from my PC. As I've said earlier in thread I need someone to explain the benifit of having PE30 over the PW6 is it worth the money and if so WHY.... I was looking at Pioneer 43inch, turns out to be to rich for my blood, so I am now looking at the Panny
If you have a comment or thought, all will be read and any information is gratefully received.

get the PW6 + free scart board + JS scart plasma to vga box + quintro scart switch box +stand/wall mount
    £1898 + £126 + £61 +£65 = £2200

or if you want all in 1 box (& higher resolution)
buy the HD pioneer 43" from John Lewis for £2995

well PE30 is TV with lots of features and PW6 is a basic monitor simple really................................
Personally i would buy a Fujitsu 42VHA with a 2 year warranty as standard. 1 year insight and 2nd RTB... upgrade to 3 years on-site is very reasonable and the PQ IMPO is better than the Panny.....

Is the P42VHA30 really that much better than PW6, given the price difference? I mean, except (quoting the site reference you supplied) some more input options it provides (need to be separately bought for PW6), it's basically Panasonic screen with Fujutsu stuff inside...

better features, PQ or something else?
