Confused - LG NANO90, JBL 9.1, Dolby Atmos

I haven't researched a new TV setup for several years so I'm a bit confused with all the new options.

My main question is if I purchase an LG NANO90 and a JBL 9.1 Soundbar, will I be able to get Dolby Atmos via passthrough from the native Netflix and Prime Video apps on the TV?

The short answer is yes...

Obviously, the content from Amazon or Netflix has to include (be encoded with) Dolby Digital Plus with Atmos. And will have to be passe.d from the TV to the soundbar via HDMI ARC.
