concerned consumer regarding Philips

    DO NOT EVER BUY A PHILIPS PLASMA......


    The display itself is nice...however their quality control is so unbelieveably bad that it makes it a wasted effort in buying their product....

    I have had 2 bad displays from them and am awaiting my third...(since October) 42 pf9966

    They tried 3 times to fix the second display every time the parts were weeks late and they botched it....

    Then at the end of December they promised me a new display in 2-3 weeks...at the end of three weeks they told me "the order was just put in"and it would be 2-3 more weeks.....two weeks later they have no idea if it has even "processed"...they have no communication between the different parts of the company.....so I could be looking at another 2 weeks (7 so far)

    This is by far the most pitiful customer service I have ever seen....

    DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCT.....EVER.......

    If I could I would have gone with another company but my money is wrapped up in this endless mess.

    Try Tiny next time, I heard their customer service is excellent
