would component to scart work ok on my tosh e1,i need to do this so my other half can watch her dvd films instead
of needing to do it through my amp=too much hard work for her anyone else connect up this way

you'll need a converter that not only has the right connectors, but converts the picture from YPbPr to RGB with composite video. S-Video is the next best thing and won't need a converter. You can't watch movies High Definition this way, it'll be down converted to standard definition 576i. Scart and s-video don't support High Definition.

ye they will be just sd dvds anyways teletubbies and fifi for the little one-cheers for that i look into it
