    Hi

Are there any reasonably priced amps/receivers that can switch component video with enough bandwidth to handle up to 1080i?

Most of my equipment is now component capable, but I run svideo due to limitations with my receiver (sony DB830) and external switcher.

So it'd be a fairly major task to rewire for component, so I'd want to future proof myself as much as possible. PS3 and certainly Xbox2 will likely support 1080i, as will some kind of DVD/TV - and my projector/screen will take that as an input.

So, any suggestions? Am I better off waiting a year or so?
