    Hi all.
First off - I'm a bit clueless with this kind of stuff, so bear with me.

I've got an epson tw10h projector connected to a pioneer DV575a dvd player via component. I've been looking at getting an a/v receiver and connecting up my ntl box/xbox /gamecube/PS2 to the projector.

Basically what do i need? I've seen stuff like the Yamaha DSP-AX750SE and it mentions component up-conversion , does that mean I can connect the xbox/PS2 via svid or composite and get the signal converted to component, or is it not that simple?

    Thanks for any comments
    Tim

Yes you can. Yes it is that simple.

I plugged my VCR (composite video out) to the Yammy 2500, and the AMP to the telly with S-video. Perfect!
