I have a Chinese dvd player (Xindak XDV2100) that outputs progressive scan via component and VGA so I'm wondering which is the best way to connect up to the Panny ae100?

I am currently using a 10m profigold component but wondering whether a 10m VGA/SVGA cable will do the player and pj anymore justice.

    Any ideas?

I have tested the Nintaus PDVD-N9769 progressive scan player with my AE100, and I found that VGA gives a better picture than progressive component.

When connecting via VGA, you must perform AUTO SETUP in the AE100 in order to calibrate the image. AUTO SETUP must be separately performed for both NTSC and PAL.
