I'm soon getting a new projector, quite possibly an NEC LT150z, and I know that in order to get the best picture from it, i will need a Component to VGA cable. Would this sort of cable work on any projector with a VGA Input? I know that NEC supply one of these cables, but that it's expensive and relatively low quality.

If this sort of cable would be useful on just about any projector, where can I get a good quality one made up, and how much (ish) should I pay?

    Many thanks for any suggestions.

Have a word with Joe Fernand at the Media Factory. He's on the forums and has a web page with contact details. I paid £42 for 10m component cables and they excellent quality.
