Component Cable not working with Hannspree 28-inch LCD TV

Hi,

I recently purchased the official Sony Component AV Cables. I set up everything correctly however for some reason I am not able to display any type of video output. I have also change the PS2's output settings from RGB to component.

Any suggestions please?
