    Can anyone recommend a high/very high quality component cable for use between my DVD and my projector?

    I can recommend Blue Jeans Cable.

    Their Canare V3-5CFB is like a hosepipe and they use very high quality crimp on Canare connectors. Incidentally BetterCables use Canare cable too - and ask rather more for it!
