Complaint - Is anybody out there

    Hi,

    Had reason to complain to Virgin about a couple of issues and after speaking to customer services was given a complaint ref no and was promised a call back within 5 working days. No phone call back 8 days later, does anybody know how I can escelate this as when I phone cust ser they can't access their complaints database or better still a direct line to the complaints dept.
