Anybody know the easiest way to get a number to complain to VW UK direct.

Having major problems trying to get round the "stealer" at the moment so I think it's now time to go above the clowns heads!!

Any suggestions of numbers or e-mail addresses greatfully appreciated.

    Cheers all

PS Been to their site and unlike pretty much every other site out there, amazingly they don't have a "contact us" bit, awesome

They're extremely helpful, especially if you have a rogue dealer!

i had a suspected head gasket failure estimated to cost £300-£400 to fix,my car was 4 years old but with full main dealer service history,so i wrote to the md of vw uk,i got a letter from customer service saying they would cover 25% of the repair,a reasonable result,i like my vw bora, but vw parts and service labour charges are astronomical

Did you get any success from vw uk? I have just had the same happen to my vw bora - head gasket failure at 70,000 miles on a car only 5 years old.
